Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
• For custom or made-to-order products, processing may take longer. You'll be informed if additional time is needed.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through trusted logistics partners including (but not limited to):
Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Shiprocket, FedEx, and UPS (for international orders).

Tracking information is shared once your order is shipped.

• We currently ship across India and to select international destinations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number and link to monitor delivery status

If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, feel free to contact us.

Packaging

We package all our products with care using eco-conscious materials whenever possible. Fragile items and handmade pieces are secured with extra padding to ensure safe delivery.

Delays & Disruptions

Odditty is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Customs or import regulations (for international orders)
• Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

That said, we’ll always be happy to assist if something seems off with your delivery. Just email us—we’re here to help.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:
