At Odditty, every product is made with heart, craft, and care - so getting it to you safely and on time is just as important to us. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect your order to arrive.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

  • For custom or made-to-order products, processing may take longer. You will be informed if additional time is needed.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside India and would like to order, email us at hello@odditty.io and we will let you know when international shipping opens.

Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through trusted logistics partners including (but not limited to): Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post and Shiprocket.

Tracking information is shared once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Within India: 7-10 business days from dispatch.

Please note: delivery times may vary based on destination and courier performance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number with a link to monitor delivery status. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us.

Packaging

We package all our products with care using eco-conscious materials wherever possible. Fragile items and handmade pieces are secured with extra padding to ensure safe delivery.

Delays and Disruptions

Odditty is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, or by natural calamities and other unforeseen circumstances. That said, we will always be happy to assist if something seems off with your delivery. Just email us - we are here to help.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete we cannot guarantee re-delivery, and re-shipping may incur additional charges.
